Salary
- CAD $15 – $22 per hour (depending on experience and harvest season)
- Overtime pay as per Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly wage payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Harvesting fruits, vegetables, or crops by hand or using basic tools
- Sorting, grading, and packing harvested produce
- Assisting with loading and unloading farm products
- Maintaining cleanliness in fields and work areas
- Following farm safety and hygiene guidelines
- Working efficiently as part of a harvesting team
- Supporting supervisors with daily farm tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous farm or harvesting experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
