Salary

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting with planting, harvesting, and general farm duties
- Handling crops, farm tools, and basic equipment
- Sorting, packing, and loading agricultural products
- Cleaning and maintaining farm areas and equipment
- Following safety rules and farm work instructions
- Supporting supervisors and team members with daily tasks
- Working efficiently in outdoor and farm environments
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Farm or manual labor experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive and outdoor work
- Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Honest, reliable, and able to work well in a team
