-Make reports and daily task assignments of the Room
attendants and Supervisors.
- Assist the Supervisors and Manager in taking a lead role
in the coordination of employees and activities including
: daily room assignments and other special task .
- Maintain complete knowledge of all HK services ,
outlets, hotel areas/features and hours of operation.
- Handling the lost and found inquiries of the guest .
- Monitoring daily occupancy and room status.
- Handle telephone calls and ensures all messages,
information and request are logged, communicated
accurately to provide excellent service .
- Generate various operational report for the
coordination of the HK Department.
- Responsible for Liaising with Front Office and
Maintenance Department in the overall operation of the
room division .

- Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and
wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
- Make bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and
floor and polish brass and metal.
- Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies.
- Tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity
top and spot cleans carpet when necessary.
- Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries
and service areas neat and tidy at all times.
- Remove Room Service tray and trolley from guestroom
and corridors.
- Inform valet service to collect guest’s clothes for
laundry, dry cleaning or pressing services.
