Aberhart Farms Inc. is hiring Seasonal Farm Labourers to support crop and general farm operations in Langenburg, Saskatchewan. This role involves hands-on farm work during peak agricultural seasons, including planting, crop maintenance, and harvesting activities. The position is suitable for hardworking individuals who are comfortable with physical work and outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops
2. Perform general farm labor duties such as weeding, cleaning, and field maintenance
3. Operate basic farm tools and equipment under supervision
4. Load, unload, and transport farm materials and produce
5. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and storage spaces
6. Follow workplace safety, biosecurity, and farm procedures
7. Support other seasonal farm tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for long hours
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic understanding of farm or agricultural work is an asset
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• No formal education required; training provided on the job
• Basic English communication skills preferred

Salary (Per Hour)

CAD $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and seasonal duties, in accordance with Saskatchewan employment standards
