2Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, specialty teas, and handcrafted non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and beverage equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and lounge areas
- Take accurate beverage orders and communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, bar area, and all workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with provincial health regulations
- Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and report shortages to management promptly
- Upsell premium beverage options and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and menu tastings to stay current with offerings
- Support fellow team members during peak service periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience
Previous barista or food service experience is an asset but not required — paid training provided
