Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food items following brand-specific recipes, portion controls, and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area, kitchen station, and service counter at all times
- Deliver orders to tables or counters promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation quality
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Restock supplies, utensils, condiments, and packaging materials as needed throughout shifts
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and provincial food handling guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years (18+ for positions involving alcohol service where applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingualism (English/French) is a significant asset, especially in Quebec locations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada

- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
