Job Description:

Les Fermes Dani Inc is looking for motivated and customer-focused Fruit and Vegetable Sales Associates to join our team in Canada. Role & Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in selecting fresh fruits and vegetables, providing product information and recommendations.
2. Maintain the presentation of the produce section by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring freshness.
3. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged products to the management team.
4. Handle sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
5. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
7. Participate in promotions and special events to enhance customer experience.

Basic Salary:

• CAD $16 – $18 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications & Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in retail, grocery, or fresh produce sales is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting and stocking produce.
5. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
6. Knowledge of fruits and vegetables is an advantage.
