Vyn Inc is hiring Farm Worker – General Labour staff to support daily agricultural operations at its farm location in Ancaster, Ontario. This role is suitable for physically fit individuals who are willing to work outdoors, assist with general farm tasks, and follow safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with planting, harvesting, and handling of crops
2. Perform general farm labour duties such as cleaning, sorting, and packing produce
3. Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely
4. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, storage spaces, and fields
5. Follow farm safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
6. Support seasonal farm activities as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended hours

Salary
