Farm Labourer
Johnstons Acres Inc. is a family-owned grain farm located in the heart of Rosetown, Saskatchewan. We are looking for hardworking and reliable Farm Labourers to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors and wants to be part of a productive agricultural team.
In this role, you will help with many parts of the farm, from planting seeds to harvesting crops. You will work with modern equipment and help keep our farm running smoothly every day. We value honesty, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting grain crops.
- Operate and maintain various types of farm machinery and equipment.
- Perform general farm errands and manual tasks as needed.
- Help with minor repairs and cleaning of farm tools and buildings.
- Monitor crop growth and report any issues to the manager.
- Follow all farm safety rules to keep everyone safe.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in agriculture or farming is preferred.
- Ability to work long hours and weekends during busy seasons.
- Physical strength to lift heavy items and work on your feet all day.
- A valid driver’s license is a strong asset.
- Ability to follow spoken and written instructions in English.
- Basic mechanical skills to help with equipment maintenance.
Work Conditions
This job requires working outdoors in all types of weather, including heat, cold, and wind. Farm work can be dusty and physically demanding. During seeding and harvest, hours will be longer to ensure the work is finished on time.
