Job Description

Parrish and Heimbecker, a leading Canadian agribusiness, is seeking dedicated Egg Packers to join their team in Hanover, Ontario. This role involves handling, sorting, and packaging eggs in a fast-paced, hygienic environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-focused setting. This position is open to foreign workers with visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspect eggs for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
2. Sort and pack eggs into cartons or trays according to size and grade.
3. Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
5. Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
6. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience in food handling or packaging is an asset.

Salary

$17.50 – $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
