Lactanet is seeking reliable and motivated Dairy Farm Workers to support daily dairy farm operations in Lacombe, Alberta. This role involves hands-on work with dairy cattle, farm facilities, and equipment to ensure animal health, milk quality, and farm efficiency. Foreign workers who meet eligibility requirements may be considered for visa sponsorship in accordance with Canadian regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily milking operations following hygiene and safety standards.
- Feed, water, and monitor dairy cattle health and behavior.
- Clean and maintain barns, milking parlors, and equipment.
- Support calf care, including feeding and housing management.
- Report animal health concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Follow farm safety procedures and biosecurity guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience on a dairy farm or livestock operation is an asset.
