Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations across assigned departments (attractions, lodging, food & beverage, or retail)
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and service standards
- Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and manage staffing levels to meet operational demands
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs to maintain team alignment
Guest Experience Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations during your shift

- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
Administrative Duties
- Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily financial reconciliations
- Prepare shift reports, inventory logs, and operational documentation
- Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing needs, equipment issues, and operational challenges
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
