Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality management preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury customer service environment
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera PMS experience highly desirable)
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a significant asset
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
