Salary

• CAD $16 – $19 per hour (based on experience and job performance)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Harvest vegetables and crops according to quality standards
2. Sort, grade, and pack produce for distribution
3. Maintain cleanliness of greenhouse and work areas
4. Handle crops carefully to prevent damage
5. Follow safety, hygiene, and workplace guidelines
6. Assist with general greenhouse and farm tasks as required
7. Work efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications and Skills

• Farm or greenhouse experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
