Salary
- CAD $16 – $24 per hour (based on experience and shift)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly wage payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Packing and sorting fresh vegetables according to quality standards
- Inspecting produce for size, quality, and freshness
- Labeling, weighing, and preparing products for shipment
- Maintaining cleanliness in packing and work areas
- Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace rules
- Working efficiently on packing lines to meet daily targets
- Assisting supervisors with general packing duties
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous packing or farm experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
