Onipro Inc. is looking for dedicated and hardworking Farm Labourers – Harvesting to support its agricultural operations in Canada. Salary
- CAD $15 – $22 per hour (depending on experience and harvest season)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly salary payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Harvesting crops by hand or using basic farming tools
- Sorting, grading, and packing harvested produce
- Assisting with loading and unloading farm products
- Maintaining cleanliness in fields and work areas
- Following safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet daily harvest targets
- Supporting supervisors with general farm duties
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous farm or harvesting experience is an advantage but not required
- Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
