Job Description
Can Pro Farms Ltd. is hiring motivated and dependable Farm Workers to support daily farming operations. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy practical work, spending time outdoors, and contributing to food production. Training is provided, making this opportunity ideal for both experienced and entry-level workers.
Salary
- CAD $15 – $23 per hour (based on experience and job location)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly salary payment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Sorting, grading, and packing farm produce
- Operating basic farm tools and machinery
- Maintaining cleanliness of fields and work areas
- Assisting with irrigation and fertilization
- Following workplace safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting supervisors with assigned farm duties
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Farm or agricultural experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically strong and able to perform manual labor
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a team
