Responsibilities:
• Responsible at the site activities operation and control construction work progress for billing and invoicing to the client, coordination, supervision, monitoring of civil works construction for proper execution, technical methods and techniques implementations of works as per ARAMCO Standard specifications and requirements such as in surveying, excavation, earthmoving, reinforcing steel bars, pre-casting concrete, in situ concreting, grouting, coating epoxy application in concrete, backfilling, manpower and equipment deployment at their respective working areas, new service road construction, pipeline trenching, forecast schedule in daily activities for construction of works and cost awareness on every activity.
• Supervise the erection of pre-cast boundary wall, pipe sleepers, excavations, backfilling, structural steel and finishing work for site development (e.g. block works, plastering, and painting) as per project specifications.
• Prepares to look ahead schedules, coordinating with the foreman and skilled workers to achieve a good accomplishment, issue daily report including quantity surveying for certain activities to the construction manager, deal with the consultant while inspection.
• Monitor the cost for certain activities and checking scaffolding installation for structurally & worker’s safety.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical discipline, attending safety meeting and giving safety orientation.
• Keeping the work site in good housekeeping needed to efficiently achieve a high-quality end product to promote safe working conditions.
• Carefully planned a program of good safety practices for each employee to comply with royal commission loss prevention standard.
