I am Shathil Ghanim, I was borne in the Iraqi city of Mosul in IRAQ and finished my preparatory studies there until secondary school, then, I finished Diploma course in English language in Cardiff city (UK), then got Diploma in Mechanics from Kirkuk Tec. Institute..  Driven and task orientated highly experienced security & HR professional with a proven track record of working in and delivering first class security solutions. Worked in local and international organizations from 2015 to present day, and project management in austere operating environments. A wealth of experience managing a multicultural workforce and establishing a cohesive team, often in very difficult demanding conditions. Professional driver with all kinds of cars.

Experience in humanitarian organizations by good dealing with people affected by the war with ISIS terrorists in their rehabilitation and protection. For some time, I held the position of deputy director general of (5) camps south of Mosul.

An outstanding communicator who speaks Arabic to a high standard and can engage at all levels.

English is very good also, Adept at establishing excellent relationships within the working environment both internally and externally. Naturally calm under pressure, reliable with high levels of personal and professional integrity.
