Stock Maintenance.

Coordinating with Audit.

Coordinating with Transportation.

Coordination & communication with Dealers & division regarding transactions.

Taking Perpetual Inventory.

Supervising Team Members & Securities ( Manpower handled ).

Achieving day to day Targets.

Supervision of in-coming and out-going stocks into the Warehouse.

Visual inspection of stock recd for damages and raising.

Responsible for maintaining complete records, BIN entries for stock inward.

Proper storing as per stacking norms & following FIFO method.

Space management.

Requisition for vehicles accordingly and co ordination with transporters for the same.

Billing ( E – way bill ).

SAP - MS OFFICE

Daily reporting to Top Management (Plant head, GM, Dy.Maneger, Head of Department).

Preparing daily dispatch report & check mails on daily basis.
