• processing of gametes for ART
• performing ICSI and conventional IVF
• performing PGD and assisted hatching and embryo biopsy at day 3/5
• cryopreservation of gametes and embryos
• embryo culture
• monitoring embryo development
• selection and transfer of embryos
• quality control of the lab and equipments verification
• performing DNA fragmentation tests for sperm: SCD, Toluidine Bleu test, Aniline test
• histological manipulation of tissues for preparation for staining and microexamination: tissue fixation, tissue processing, paraffin embedding, sectioning, slide staining
