Monitor the VIP and IO passenger’s counts and details ensuring that proper information is handed-over accordingly to respective sections of the lounge, next shifts, and to the management.
Assist in making sure that all elements are present in order to secure a smooth and efficient service.
Greet passengers, escort them to their preferred table, and assist them until the time of their departure ensuring a pleasant and satisfying stay in the lounge
