* Sourcing for the suppliers and negotiating for the best price
* General coordination of activities at the warehouse
* Ensuring proper care/maintenance of the warehouse tools
*Monitoring the expiration date on the products and sending the updates to the management and the supplier regularly
*Sending reports on stock updates to the appropriate authority
*Liaising with the outlets to know the stock updates in their back store and monitoring same on the ICG software
*Ensuring absolute guide against expiration of products at the warehouse and outlets.
* Sorting and transfer of items to the outlets using ICG software
* Generating LPO for the Warehouse and the outlets.
