7. Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and take necessary actions to optimize profitability while controlling costs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team toward excellence
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Understanding of spa treatments, therapies, products, and equipment
• Knowledge of local regulations pertaining to spa operations is preferred but not essential
