Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and industry trends
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in hospitality management or related areas are desirable but not required
- Familiarity with Canadian labor laws and regulations is an advantage
