Job Description

Burnbrae Farms is seeking dependable Service Crew Workers to support daily operations at its agricultural facility in Saint-Justin, Quebec. This role involves assisting with production support tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the facility. The position is suitable for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agri-food environment.

The role is open to Canadian residents and foreign nationals who are legally eligible to work in Canada. Employer support for a work permit may be considered for qualified foreign applicants, in full compliance with Canadian immigration regulations and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support daily service and production operations within the facility
2. Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of work areas
3. Help move materials, supplies, and products as required
4. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
5. Assist production teams during busy periods
6. Report equipment or safety issues to supervisors
7. Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
• Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work attitude
• Previous experience in food production or farm operations is an asset
• Basic English or French communication skills preferred

Salary (Per Hour)

CAD $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities, in accordance with Quebec employment standards
