- Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase guest counts and sales, and execute national and local sales-building initiatives.

- Customer Service Excellence: Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every visitor leaves satisfied.
- Staff Development: Coach, mentor, and develop crew members and crew trainers, providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
- Inventory & Cash Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage product orders, and oversee cash handling and register reconciliation.
- Scheduling & Labor Management: Assist in creating staff schedules to optimize labor costs while meeting operational needs.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Participate in hiring new team members and ensure smooth onboarding and training processes.
- Community Engagement: Support local community initiatives and represent McDonald’s positively in the neighborhood.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Supervisory Experience: Current or previous experience in a supervisory position within a quick-service restaurant (QSR) or fast-paced retail environment.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve operational goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, especially in Quebec locations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to assess situations and resolve issues quickly under pressure.
