Key Responsibilities

• Greet and Serve Guests: Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently at the front counter or Drive-Thru.
• Food & Drink Preparation: Prepare beverages, assemble menu items, and ensure all food meets McDonald’s high quality and safety standards.
• Order Assembly: Manage dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Kitchen Support: Assist with food prep, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Follow strict sanitation protocols, clean workstations, equipment, and dining areas to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with peers and managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to Standards: Follow all company policies, food safety regulations, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• No prior experience required – we provide complete training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
