As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of quality. Your main focus will be on enhancing guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of talented individuals.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with various departments
Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize profitability
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting
Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team effectively
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
A valid Work Visa allowing employment in Canada
A strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Solid understanding of financial management principles
Familiarity with local food regulations and industry best practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
