Your responsibilities will include handling all incoming reservation inquiries, providing accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities, and assisting guests in making there bookings.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English (additional language skills are an asset)
2. Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

6. Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage but not required as training will be provided
