Job Description

Heartfelt Hearth Ltd is seeking a caring and dependable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide quality care to clients in Palgrave, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, respectful, and committed to improving the lives of seniors and individuals who need daily support.

As a PSW, you will assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks. You will work closely with families and follow individual care plans to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Support mobility and safe transfers.
3. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.

6. Observe and report changes in client health.
7. Maintain accurate care records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate preferred.
• Previous caregiving or health care experience is an asset.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Clear criminal background check required.
• Good basic English communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and transfers.
