As a Labourer, you will be an integral part of our team, working on our farms to ensure the successful growth and harvesting of our fruits.
Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining fruit trees
- Operating machinery and equipment such as tractors and harvesters
- Assisting with irrigation systems
- Monitoring crop health and identifying any issues or diseases
- Harvesting fruits according to quality standards
- Packing and sorting fruits for distribution
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fruit farming or similar agricultural work is preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- A valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship by Mid England Agriculture Ltd.
