Responsibilities:

1. Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting fruit crops
2. Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
3. Perform general farm maintenance tasks
4. Inspect plants for diseases, pests, and other issues
5. Participate in irrigation activities
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
7. Packaging and sorting of harvested fruits
8. Assist with farm-related administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fruit farming or agriculture is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
• A valid work visa for the UK or willingness to obtain sponsorship from Mid England Agriculture Ltd.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
