Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure and systems.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues- Managing network security and ensuring data integrity- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and productivity
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions to enhance performance
- Providing technical support to end-users and resolving technical problems promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Excellent problem
- Solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
