Job Description
Golden Eagle Farms is hiring General Farm Workers to support daily farming operations in Canada. This position is suitable for individuals who are willing to work outdoors, follow instructions carefully, and contribute to crop and farm maintenance activities. Training is provided on the job, making this role accessible to both experienced and entry-level workers.
International applicants who meet eligibility requirements may be considered for visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops
- Perform general farm maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Operate basic farming tools and equipment safely
- Sort, pack, and store agricultural produce
- Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards
- Support supervisors with routine farm duties
Qualifications & Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous farm or physical work experience is an advantage
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Salary
- CAD $16 – $20 per hour
(Overtime paid according to Canadian labor regulations)
