Salary
- CAD $15 – $23 per hour (based on experience and seasonal demand)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Harvesting fruits, vegetables, or crops by hand or with basic tools
- Sorting, grading, and packing harvested produce
- Assisting with loading and unloading farm products
- Cleaning and maintaining fields, equipment, and work areas
- Following farm safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Supporting supervisors with general farm tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous harvesting or farm experience is an advantage but not required
- Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
