As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining outlets and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability
2. Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
4. Create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes while maintaining cost control
5. Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients
6. Train, motivate, and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service
7. Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to continuously improve guest satisfaction
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for events and special occasions
9. Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies for cost optimization
10. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the food and beverage offerings

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and wine pairing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving revenue targets
• Valid work visa for Canada
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Passion for food and beverage trends and a commitment to continuous learning
