We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to joint our team as Farm Workers. Responsibilities:
- Assist with various farm tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in general farm maintenance activities, including fence repair, irrigation system maintenance, etc.
- Support livestock care activities such as feeding, cleaning, and maintaining animal housing facilities (if applicable).
- Adhere to all farm policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing farm requirements.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other farm workers.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
