You will be responsible for tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, and fertilizing crops. Additionally, you will assist in the harvesting and packaging of vegetables while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, weed, and fertilize crops according to guidelines
- Monitor crop health and identify any signs of pests or diseases
- Assist in the harvesting of vegetables at the appropriate maturity stage
- Sort, grade, and package vegetables for distribution
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
