As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Vegetable production. This includes planting, cultivating, and harvesting vegetables, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the farm. You will work closely with our experienced team members and receive training on proper farming techniques and equipment operation.
Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting vegetables
- Performing general farm duties such as weeding, watering, and fertilizing crops
- Operating farm machinery and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the farm
- Assisting with packaging and preparing vegetables for distribution
- Following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid work visa or eligibility for Visa Sponsorship in Canada
