Job Description

FillaRole is hiring dedicated Farm Workers to support daily agricultural operations in Godmanchester, Quebec. This role involves hands-on farm work, including crop and field support tasks, while following safety, quality, and workplace standards.

The position is open to local applicants and foreign workers who are legally eligible to work in Canada. Employer support for a work permit or LMIA may be considered for qualified foreign candidates, subject to Canadian immigration regulations and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
2. Perform general farm maintenance and cleaning tasks
3. Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely
4. Sort, pack, and prepare agricultural products for storage or transport
5. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
6. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
7. Support supervisors with assigned farm duties

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings
• Basic understanding of farm safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Previous farm or agricultural experience is an asset but not required
• Basic English or French communication skills preferred

Salary

• Hourly wage: CAD $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
  (Pay may vary based on experience, duties, and provincial standards)
