Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate farm production activities
- Manage planting schedules, crop rotation, and harvesting operations
- Monitor crop health and implement appropriate pest control measures
- Oversee irrigation systems and ensure proper water management
- Manage the use of fertilizers and other farming inputs
- Supervise a team of farm workers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other relevant data

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize farm operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in farming techniques
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Farm Production Manager or similar role in the agriculture industry
- A degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related field is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and modern farming equipment
- A strong understanding of pest control methods and there application
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team of farm workers
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal demands
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate farm machinery
