Swift Connect is seeking a dedicated Farm Machinery Operator to join our team in Delta, BC. The ideal candidate will operate, maintain, and manage farm equipment to support efficient crop production. Key Responsibilities

1. Operate tractors, harvesters, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently.
2. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on all equipment.
3. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
4. Assist with planting, cultivation, and harvesting tasks as required.
5. Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience operating farm machinery or agricultural equipment.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary

$22 – $28 per hour (based on experience and skills)
