Job Description
Tophay Agri-Industries Inc. is currently hiring hardworking Farm Labourers to support daily farm operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, outdoor activities, and being part of a reliable farming team. Full training is provided, making it suitable for both experienced workers and newcomers to farm work.
Salary
- CAD $15 – $22 per hour (depending on experience and location)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly wage payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planting, growing, and harvesting crops
- Assisting with irrigation, fertilizing, and soil preparation
- Sorting, grading, and packing agricultural products
- Operating basic farm equipment and tools
- Cleaning and maintaining farm areas and equipment
- Following safety, health, and hygiene regulations
- Supporting supervisors with daily assigned tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous farm or labor work experience is an advantage, but not required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Honest, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
