Reach Recruiting is hiring Farm Hand / Operators for agricultural operations in the Smoky Lake area of Alberta. This position supports daily farm activities including equipment operation, field work, and general farm maintenance. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and are willing to contribute to efficient and safe farm operations.

The opportunity is open to Canadian residents and foreign nationals who are legally eligible to work in Canada. Employer support for a work permit may be considered for suitable foreign workers, strictly in line with Canadian immigration laws and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with daily farm operations including planting and harvesting activities
2. Operate farm machinery and equipment under supervision
3. Perform general farm maintenance and repair tasks
4. Load, unload, and transport farm materials and supplies
5. Monitor equipment condition and report issues promptly
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm work areas
7. Follow safety procedures and farm operation guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding farm work
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic experience with farm equipment or machinery is an asset
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons
• Basic English communication skills preferred

Salary (Per Hour)

CAD $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities, in accordance with Alberta employment standards
