Responsibilities:

5. Collaborate with farmers to understand there specific requirements
6. Provide technical support and guidance to farm owners and operators
7. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed
8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Agriculture Mechanic or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify mechanical issues efficiently
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and schematics
• A solid understanding of safety protocols in an agricultural setting
• An eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements
