As an Agriculture Mechanic at Susterre Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment. Your expertise will contribute directly to the success of our operations, as you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural equipment, including tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on agricultural machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Repair or replace faulty parts as needed
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize equipment performance
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Agriculture Mechanic or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures and schedules
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Canada (for foreigners)
