Requirements:
To be considered for these positions, we require candidates who possess:
- Prior experience in agriculture or dairy farming (experience with large-scale operations is a plus).
- Knowledge of best practices regarding animal welfare and farm management.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
