As a General Farm Worker at Ecogrove Farm Esterel, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for various tasks related to farm operations and maintenance. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Tending to livestock, including feeding and care. Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment. Assisting in farm maintenance and repairs. Supporting various agricultural and horticultural tasks. Qualifications: Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred. Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and a commitment to sustainability. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
