Salary

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Planting, watering, and harvesting vegetables
2. Sorting, grading, and packing vegetables for market
3. Operating basic farm tools and equipment
4. Weeding, fertilizing, and maintaining crop areas
5. Cleaning work areas and equipment
6. Following farm safety and hygiene standards
7. Assisting with general farm duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous farm or agricultural work experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors
• Ability to work in different weather conditions
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
